Using positive affirmations to overcome negative thinking




Many of us want to create change in our lives, we want that new relationship, a new job, or maybe we want a home. Whatever it is, you might find yourself having negative thoughts about it. I know I fall victim to this lot's of times. We constantly put ourselves down with our internal dialogue and tell ourselves that "I'm not worth it"  " I don't deserve that" or maybe you try convincing yourself that you don't need it to justify. This negative internal dialogue  comes from past people and events that we took into our own belief system and is most certainly not true, we deserve to feel successful  and full of self esteem. We deserve to have that new relationship, we are deserving of the new job and we need to recreate the inner story we are telling ourselves, and release all of the negative programming from past relationships, parents and other people. What people say is a reflection of how they feel about themselves not you! but most of the time we adopt it into our own subconscious like a virus and start to believe what they say as if it were true. 
We are all uniquely perfect just the way we are, god or source created us each individually with a purpose and in divine perfection and we need to stop looking outside of ourselves for approval and needing other people to approve of us. Love is a feeling that is available to you at any moment, you were created out of pure love. If you catch yourself thinking "I'm not worth it" change your inner voice to I am worthy of love I am perfect just the way I am, and I completely love and accept myself as I am right now, and watch how your feelings change. You are in complete control of the way you feel but shifting your thoughts of yourself, you don't need anyone to feel love. Next time you go on a date and your mind starts racing just change your inner dialouge from whatever it going on to "I am perfect just the way i am" " I am deserving of love" or maybe your nervous that you won't know what to say "I communicate my thoughts easily" "I express myself and my emotions easily" "people love me for who I am". 

We attract into our lives what we think about the most and how we feel about ourselves so If we don't believe we are worth of love and do attract a relationship into our lives it will be a relationship mirroring back to you the way you feel inside reflecting the lack of love you feel for yourself.. it all starts with YOU! so do yourself and the world a favor and let your true self shine, show the world that you ARE worth it and you have many gifts to share with the world. Use positive affirmations for confidence when you feel a lack of self esteem maybe right before a job interview  " I am confident" "I am positive self esteem" "I can do this"because you can!.
